Timmy narrates this episode, discussing his favorite TV show “Billy’s Willies” and his friend Doc Samson who started him drawing superheroes! Sinister runs foul of a gang of transvestite punks called “The Sissies” and they chill him out in a converted ice-cream truck called the “Freeze Car”, when that doesn’t work Doc Samson is notified–and plans a visit to the local Steel Plant! Sinister hails from a hideous anti-dimension where good is evil and vice-versa. Their civilization is crumbling, so he must shanghai Earth criminals to become useful citizens on Anti-Terra! WILL HE SUCCEED?
